Kara Aubrey Nelson
Founder and CEO

A native Southern Californian, Kara Aubrey Nelson is the founder of the Untamed millennial movement and the GenLive non-profit 501c3 organization.

The vision for Untamed was born in Nashville (2007) while writing songs, recording, and reflecting about the scattered and status quo captivity of her generation – known as millennials.

Kara Aubrey is the 2012 winner of the Sam Ash Coyote Radio Music Award. Her music is broadcast internationally through radio, television, print, and online. After graduating Summa Cum Laude in public relations and communications from the California State University (2010), following a season of music touring on the road, and driven with the passion to reach out to millennials, the first Untamed event was launched in June 2014.
